Series Terms of Service: All treatments purchased as a series must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. Series are non-refundable and non-transferable between accounts. Series must be redeemed, within a certain time frame based on the service series, from the date of purchase; any treatments left unclaimed after the series timeframe will be forfeited. Any series that has expired will not be extended. Depending on the series purchased, the series service can be gifted to a family and/or friends. Late cancellations and no-show policies are still applied.
